New Radio License Holders

Starting a Radio Station

The Challenge

Starting a radio station for the first time can be a daunting task, mainly because it involves bringing together a number of different skills from a diverse range of specialists.

You will need suitable premises, broadcast equipment, acoustically treated studios, a transmission system, an IT infrastructure, communication systems, power conditioning and M+E services …at the very least!

A successful project will meet the specification, be on time and within budget. This is not easy, especially if you have not done it before.
